Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the ALT Graphics website and completing a purchase through our Razorpay-powered checkout, you ("Customer", "User", or "Buyer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not proceed with any purchase.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of ALT Graphics, including individuals, freelancers, agencies, students, and business entities. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.

ALT Graphics offers the following digital products for sale:

• Premium PHP Laravel scripts (eCommerce, Grocery Delivery, Doctor Booking, CRM, School Management, Taxi Booking, and more)
• Website templates (HTML/CSS, responsive, niche-specific)
• UI kits, icon sets, and Figma design components
• Graphics, mockups, logo templates, and brand assets
• Bundled access packs delivered via Google Drive

All products are digital goods and are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped. ALT Graphics reserves the right to update, modify, add, or remove products from the catalog at any time without prior notice.

All transactions on ALT Graphics are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway licensed by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). We accept the following payment methods via Razorpay:

• Credit Cards and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm UPI, BHIM, and others)
• Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
• Razorpay Wallets and Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) options
• EMI (on eligible cards and bank accounts)

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. ALT Graphics does not store your card details — all payment information is handled securely by Razorpay.

In the event of a payment failure or transaction error, please do not attempt the payment again immediately. Wait 15–30 minutes and check your bank statement before retrying. If money is deducted but order is not confirmed, contact us within 48 hours.

Upon successful payment confirmation from Razorpay, ALT Graphics will deliver your purchased product(s) as follows:

1. A confirmation email with your Google Drive access link will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours of payment.
2. The Google Drive folder contains all purchased scripts, templates, and assets organized in clearly labelled folders.
3. Lifetime access is granted — your Drive link does not expire as long as your Google account is active.
4. Future updates to purchased scripts are automatically reflected in the same Google Drive folder.

ALT Graphics is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect email addresses provided during checkout. Please ensure your email address is accurate before completing payment.

We maintain a strict no-refund policy because:

• Digital goods cannot be "returned" once downloaded or accessed
• Scripts and templates are instantly accessible upon delivery
• Product descriptions and previews are provided before purchase for informed decision-making

Exceptions — Refund may be considered in the following cases:

• Payment was deducted but access link was not delivered within 48 hours despite confirmation
• Duplicate payment was made for the same product (one transaction will be refunded)
• Product delivered is substantially and materially different from what was described

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase by emailing us with your Razorpay Payment ID. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.

Upon purchase, ALT Graphics grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the purchased digital product(s) subject to the following terms:

✅ You MAY:

• Use the scripts and templates for unlimited personal projects
• Use the scripts to build and deliver websites or apps for clients (commercial use allowed)
• Modify, customize, and adapt the code or design to suit your specific needs
• Use templates and graphics for client deliverables, marketing materials, and business projects

❌ You MAY NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the original source files with third parties
• Upload or list our scripts, templates, or assets on any other marketplace or platform
• Claim the original work as your own creation or remove copyright notices
• Transfer your access or license to another individual or entity without written permission
• Use the product to create a competing product or asset pack for sale

All products, scripts, designs, templates, graphics, branding, and content available on ALT Graphics are the exclusive intellectual property of ALT Graphics and its creators, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The ALT Graphics name, logo, and brand identity are protected trademarks and may not be used without prior written consent. Purchasing a product does not transfer any ownership of intellectual property rights to the buyer.

Third-party libraries, frameworks, and tools used within our scripts (e.g., Laravel, Bootstrap, jQuery) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are subject to their own open-source licenses. ALT Graphics complies with all applicable open-source licensing requirements.

ALT Graphics provides all products on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Guarantees of uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation
• Compatibility with every server environment, hosting provider, or software configuration

ALT Graphics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• The use or inability to use our products
• Data loss, system failures, or security vulnerabilities in customer environments
• Revenue loss or business interruption resulting from product use
• Third-party service disruptions (including Razorpay, Google Drive, or hosting providers)

ALT Graphics collects minimal personal data necessary to process your order and deliver your purchased products. The following data may be collected:

• Name and email address (for order confirmation and delivery)
• Payment details (processed and stored solely by Razorpay — not on our servers)
• IP address and browser information (for fraud prevention and analytics)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes. Data shared with Razorpay is governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy available at razorpay.com.

By making a purchase, you consent to receiving transactional emails regarding your order. You may receive occasional product update notifications, which you can opt out of at any time.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, ALT Graphics products, or Razorpay transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve disputes amicably. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

ALT Graphics reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of ALT Graphics services or any purchase made after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify existing customers via email. However, the absence of notification does not affect the validity of updated Terms.
